Info for the Public
The end-buyers of our scrap are primarily metallurgical plants – iron works, steel works, and foundries. These facilities use our supplies as basic material for melting; for this reason, they require quality guarantees of the scrap supplied regarding primarily:
- the dimensions of individual the scrap pieces (in order to fit into their furnaces),
- the chemical composition of the scrap (in order to make proper steel),
- the homogeneity of the supplies (same scrap in one lorry).
For this reason, we sort the purchased scrap out and treat it in compliance with the requirements of our individual customers:
- mechanical picking (manual, by means of a grab or a magnet)
- flame cutting or slitting disk
- cutting by hydraulic clippers
- pressing into packages by a bailing press
- mechanical disassembly
Info for the Experts
We dispatch the following types of treated scrap in a standard way: 27, 21, 36, 12, 12V, 51-52, 71-73, 02, 06 in 002 and 001 classes. Other types upon agreement.
Info for Everyone
Treated scrap is subsequently dispatched to customers by Czech Railways wagons or lorries. A particular person is responsible for every dispatched delivery. Thus, we have experienced only an insignificant number of complaints. Our ISO certification is underway.
