DISASSEMBLY AND DEMOLITION

What We Disassemble

In brief, everything that contains at least a little metal. The most typical orders of the disassembly group include:

  • boiler houses – gas, solid fuels, and liquid fuels
  • machinery and machine sets, parts of manufacturing lines
  • complete technological facilities, including buildings
  • energy pipes and product pipes
  • transportation technology, rail tracks, and crane tracks
  • bridge structures
  • pylons, chimneys, towers
  • all containers, bins, and towers

The Disassembly Process

Preparatory Phase

Every order is assessed on the spot by our experts who, subsequently, set up a price offer. A personal inspection of the facility that is to be disassembled or demolished is necessary because technical documentation rarely reflects the real state of the facility. This inspection is carried out by ALLMETAL staff members. Initial inspection and price lists are free of charge.

After that, we will draft a contract of work with you that will include all other necessary documents, such as the project. In cooperation with you, we will arrange all the necessary permits and approvals (e.g. access to adjacent lots).

Implementation Phase

We will bring all necessary technology – cranes, cutters, flame units, etc. We always try to treat all scrap (not only metal) as best as possible on the spot to enable its further use as secondary raw materials and to deposit as little as possible at dumps. Our project manager is at your disposal throughout the duration of the order; the manager is competent to solve all operational aspects of the order. Of course, you are entitled to control the entire operation in detail.

Final Phase

When disassembly or demolition has been finished, we clean the premises and its surroundings. Thus, after our departure, there is the only mark of a difficult disassembly operation remaining – missing facilities or technologies, but no destroyed surroundings.

We will write a final report and a detailed statement of account. Of course, we are insured against any damage that might arise during the action.

How Much Does It Cost?

With regard to the diversity of disassembly actions, no fixed price list can be set up for every customer. Every individual action is priced on an individual basis. The overall price is affected by the ratio of utilizable, i.e. saleable scrap. Many actions may be financed from the gain on extracted materials without you needing to pay for anything.

There are also disassemblies whose gain on extracted materials exceeds the costs of disassembly work. We will pay you for such actions.
